Building Permit Application – What to Include

To ensure timely review, please submit a complete application with the following items:

• The Building Permit Application listed on the website 
• A detailed project description, including scope of work and intended use
• Site plan or survey showing property lines, setbacks, and project location
• Construction drawings or sketches with dimensions and materials
• Contractor information, including license number (if applicable)
• Estimated project valuation
• Any required supporting documents, such as utility plans or zoning approvals

Providing all materials up front helps prevent delays and keeps your project moving smoothly.
