Dogs do NOT need to be licensed within the City limits. We do however still have a City ordinance where all animals need to be leashed and all waste needs to be taken care of. We highly suggest you get your dogs microchipped through a vet clinic.
The City of Kimball now requires an annual chicken license if residents are seeking chickens within their property. The application can be found below and sent into Kimball City Hall. This will then be reviewed and approved by City staff.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any street in the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., on any date that falls between 12:01 a.m. November 1st and 11:59 p.m. April 30th of the following year.
515.02 Towing Vehicles. The City of Kimball may, in its sole discretion, tow any vehicle parked in violation of this section to an impound lot. The cost of the tow and impound fee shall be paid by the owner of the vehicle prior to the vehicle being released from impound.
515.03 Penalty. Any person who violates the provisions of this Section shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor
