Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 5:30p.m., or as soon thereafter, at Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St. N, to consider a request for the following:
A Preliminary and Final Plat for Scheeler Third Addition creating twenty-three (23) new lots in the R-1 Urban Residential zoning district.

Applicant: Jerome Kuechle
Property Location: 8.54 acres at the southwest intersection of Hazel Ave E and 83rd Ave in the City of Kimball, Minnesota

Outlot A, Scheeler Second Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Stearns County, Minnesota
