Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St N., to consider the following:
Preliminary Plat approval for Rosenlund Kimball creating four (4) new lots in the R-1 Urban Residential zoning district.

That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1/4 NW1/4) of Section 11, Township 121, Range 29 described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Willow Creek Ridge, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence South 88 degrees 26 minutes 49 seconds East on an assumed bearing along the South line of said Willow Creek Ridge a distance of 765 feet; thence South 00 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds West along the Southerly extension of the East line of said Willow Creek Ridge to the Northerly right of way line of the Soo Line Railroad; thence Northwesterly along said Northerly right, of way line to the Southerly extension of the West line of said Willow Creek Ridge; thence North 01 degrees 11 minutes 41 seconds East along last mentioned Southerly extension to the point of beginning, Stearns County, Minnesota.
