The City of Kimball is seeking qualified contractors to submit quotes for a remodeling project at City Hall.  This project aims to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our historic building, ensuring it meets the needs of our community for years to come.  Plans are available on the City website (scroll down to the bottom of this advertisement).

  • Location: Kimball City Hall, 1 Main Street N, Kimball, MN, 55353
  • Scope of Work:
    • Interior renovations
    • Upgrading electrical and plumbing systems
    • Enhancing accessibility features
    • Updating office spaces, workspaces and adding museum space
 
Submission Requirements:
  • Detailed quote including itemized costs
  • Estimated project timeline
  • Proof of insurance and relevant licenses
  • References from previous similar projects
 
Submission Deadline: December 16, 2024 at 12:00pm (noon)
