Kimball Area Expo Registration Information
Expo Package Includes:
    • 8’ x 10’ Booth curtained on three sides.
    • One table covered & Skirted.
    • Two chairs.
Set Up:
    • Friday 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday 6:30 am-8:00 am
    • Please no earlier than 5:00 pm on Friday as there may be last minute adjustments for booth assignments.
Show Time:
    • Saturday 8:30 am- 12:00 pm
Tear Down:
    • Absolutely NO Earlier than 12:00 pm
Each exhibitor is responsible for furnishing everything they need inside their booth.
RECOMMENDATIONS, REMINDERS, AND RULES:
    • Registrants are limited to current dues paid members of the Kimball Chamber of Commerce.
    • To participate, your business/organization must rent a full booth. NO multiple businesses per booth will be allowed.
    • Each booth must be set up prior to expo hours and remain intact for the duration (Tear down will not be permitted prior to 12:00 pm)
    • Each booth must remain staffed. When you take a much-needed break, you need to keep personnel in your booth to handle spectators.
    • In-booth demonstrations of products and services attract more people to your booth.
    • The commons floor is NOT carpeted or covered. Please be careful not to stain or damage it with your display or product.
    • If you require power, YOU MUST SPECIFY so on your registration form to be accommodated. Only 110-volt power source available and on a limited basis. If not on your registration form, do not expect electricity.
    • All sales, samples or any other handouts must be done from within the booth.
    • Be respectful of other vendors, all signage must be inside your booth.
    • Failure to respect policies and expectations may prevent participation in future Expos.
