NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
KIMBALL CITY COUNCIL

 

Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St N., to consider the following:

A request by ASE Properties LLC to rezone the property located at 130 Magnus Johnson St S from R-1 Urban Residential to R-2 Multifamily Residential to allow for the construction of a multi-family residential unit.

That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1/4 NW1/4) of Section 11, Township 121, Range 29 described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Willow Creek Ridge, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence South 88 degrees 26 minutes 49 seconds East on an assumed bearing along the South line of said Willow Creek Ridge a distance of 765 feet; thence South 00 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds West along the Southerly extension of the East line of said Willow Creek Ridge to the Northerly right of way line of the Soo Line Railroad; thence Northwesterly along said Northerly right, of way line to the Southerly extension of the West line of said Willow Creek Ridge; thence North 01 degrees 11 minutes 41 seconds East along last mentioned Southerly extension to the point of beginning, Stearns County, Minnesota.
