City Clerk/Treasurer

The office of City Clerk/Treasurer often serves as the first point of contact with City Hall, providing a professional link for citizens and their local government.  The data managed by the office of the City Clerk provides a wealth of information for our citizens.  Our mission is to furnish unsurpassed service to the citizens of Kimball, City Council, City leaders and staff, while carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the office as legislated by Minnesota State Statutes, City Ordinances, and City Council Resolutions.

The City Clerk serves as the Chief Appointed Official to the City Council; while preparing and publishing all official City Council agendas and minutes and maintaining all Ordinances, Resolutions and City documents.
